In 1999, three engineers with advanced studies in business management and vast experience of textile industry formed a team which was called GEMS International.
In 2001, GEMS International Trading, a proprietorship concern, was formed to concentrate on trading, indenting and marketing of products sourced from around the world.
Nambang C N A Ltd., South Korea, was the first supplier who entrusted GEMS International to market its products in Pakistan. Since then many of world's best suppliers of lubricants and chemicals entrusted GEMS International Trading to represent them in Pakistan. In addition to lubricants, chemicals and aerosol sprays, GEMS International also markets marble processing machines of Breton SpA, Italy.
In 2010, GEMS International Textiles was established so that undivided focus could be provided to textile business. The trading expanded to production and today GEMS International Textile has its own production facility that ensures production and supply of quality garments, both fashion and workwear, to buyers in USA and Europe.
